We offer a variety of options for our BBQ catering menus. Our BBQ catering menus include:

  • Vegetarian options, such as grilled eggplant spread, smoked tofu, portobello mushrooms, BLTs (it’s really good and a secret, but we’ll ask about allergies to be sure it’s ok)

Smoked Chicken Thighs

Bone-in or boneless skinless chicken thighs perfect for any event. Seasoned mild or wild and slow smoked for more than 2 hours.

Pasta Confetti Salad

A colorful cold salad of Acini de pepe pasta, lots of veggies, feta cheese, and hard salami, lightly tossed in a Greek dressing. A customer favorite! Vegetarian option available. Not gluten free.

Coleslaw

A crunchy, refreshing, and colorful blend of green cabbage, Bermuda onion, and carrots, mixed with Bear’s special sauce for that perfect blend of not too tart/not too sweet.

Boneless pork trimmed lean slow smoked for more than 3 hours. If onsite, it's served by carving station.

The first step is to contact us to be sure your date is available. Complete our Catering Inquiry Form below!

Next, let’s talk about your event by telephone. Where will your event be held? How many guests do you expect? Do you have an idea of the food you may want? If we’re coming to your location, we require a site review. We’ll need and require easy access in and out of the event location, and a flat and level spot to park our truck and The Pit.

Now, we’ll discuss your menu. If you don’t really know what you want, ask Bear! He can assist you with options and quantities. We’ll send you options and a good faith estimate of the menu with prices for your review.

Ready to move forward? Great! We’ll send a Save the Date Agreement for your signature. We require a nonrefundable $100 deposit, which is applied to your event total invoice. 

Approximately 20 to 30 days prior to your scheduled event, we’ll finalize your menu and prepare a formal Service Agreement with menu and invoice based on information discussed and provided, including your final head count. Checks, cash and credit cards are accepted. Additional credit card fees and an 8.5% NH Meals and Rooms Tax apply to all catering orders. A 50% deposit is required with your signed Service Agreement. The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your catered event.

If your site does not work for setting up our truck and The Pit, we can prepare the food for you to pick up from our commercial kitchen in Dorchester, NH. The same procedure outlined above will also apply in this instance.
